Cornelii van Binkershoek, Jurisconsulti Famigeratissimi, Senatus Supremi Hollandiæ, Zelandiæ & Frisiæ olim Præsidis Opera Omnia.Coloniæ Allobrogum: Sumptibus Marci-Michaelis Bousquet & Chapuis, 1761.

Bijnkershoek, one of the most influential early writers on international law, served as president of the Supreme Court of Holland, Zeeland, and West Friesland from 1724 until his death in 1743. Like Zouch, he treated the subject from a strictly juristic perspective. Some of his most important contributions to the field include his writings on the freedom of the seas, neutrality, and treaty law. These two volumes contain Bijnkershoek's collected works.
